1933 Four Horsemen Notre Dame signed banquet program, this item is authenticated and encapsulated by PSA. The program is signed by Jim Corwley, Elmer Layden, Don Miller and Harry Stuhldreher and (2) others. During the tenure of the Four Horsemen, they lost only two games, both of which to Nebraska on the road. They are considered the greatest college backfield to have ever taken the field together. It was Grantland Rice, writer for the New York Herald Tribune that provided the infamous nickname for this elite group of athletes. Their dominance as a group provided the background for their legendary story and immortality in college football history.
