A rare opportunity to own a 1921 Notre Dame contract signed by Knute Rocke. This item relates to his tenure as athletic director, and is authenticated and encapsulated by PSA. This contract was for the basketball team to play De Paux University on February 3, 1921. Knute Rockne is considered one of the best football coaches of all time and is a legend in college football and Notre Dame history. He was a player, coach and athletic director for the university during his life. His life ended tragically on October 13, 1931, in a plane crash. It is his legacy in coaching and abrupt death that cemented his name in Notre Dame lore and created his notoriety among the populous.
