The beauty here is that half (25) of the cards in this set are signed. Even though there are cards that would grade out nicely, the fact that half are vintage signed by the players is impressive. Even without them being signed, there is some value as only a few are VG or below and 90% are EX, EX-MT or even NRMT like the Willie Mays (unsigned). The 25 that we mention as signed do not include those that are really light or are secretarial like Reese or stamped like Klu. Signatures on the following are at least 7/10 and authentic: Berra, Hodges, Lemon, Irvin, Spahn, Avila, Kell, Lollar, Pierce, Piersall, Vernon, White, Porterfield, Fain, Erskine, Pafko, Rice, Logan, and more.
