For one home game during the 1994 season, the Pittsburgh Steelers appeared in these gold 1933 throwback uniforms that showcase the city's coat of arms, while also boasting the NFL's 75th Anniversary patch near the left shoulder. This Starter jersey was worn by nomadic cornerback Tim McKyer, who spent 11 years in the league playing for seven different franchises, and just one with the Steelers. The jersey features the number 44 in white tackle twill sewn near the left shoulder, with that same number sewn on the back in black below a gold nameplate bearing the name "McKYER." A Starter NFL Pro Line tag can be found on the tail, denoting the jersey's size as 46. Comes directly from the Steelers and shows light use from the September 18 game vs. the Colts, in which Pittsburgh prevailed, 31-21.

Never before has a major sports franchise opened its team archives going back nearly a century. Let alone a franchise as historic as the Pittsburgh Steelers.  Founded in 1933 by Art Rooney Sr., the Rooney Family imprint remains to this day.  From the glory of the Steel Curtain to an NFL-best six Lombardi trophies, the Pittsburgh Steelers name defines excellence and winning.  We present the latest offering of “The Pittsburgh Steelers Archive of Exceptional Jerseys.” For decades, the Pittsburgh Steelers have guarded and saved their own equipment, thereby creating a huge void in the sports marketplace.  As a result, the Pittsburgh Steelers have become the crème de la crème. The rarest and most sought after game equipment of any National Football League team.  We were not there in 1922 when they first opened King Tut’s Tomb or discovered the Dead Sea Scrolls.  But now, perhaps we all know a bit about how that felt. All items will come with a letter of authenticity from the Pittsburgh Steelers and Lelands.  A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Steelers Archives Jerseys will be donated to the Chuck Noll Foundation for Brain Injury Research.
