From the AFC Championship Game played on January 7, 1979, in Pittsburgh comes this beautifully hand-decorated game ball that was presented to Hall of Famer Jack Ham for his remarkable play during the 34-5 victory over the Houston Oilers. Ham had an incredible day and set the tempo early during Houston’s first play when Earl Campbell took a handoff and was tackled by Jack Ham for a loss of two yards. Later, Campbell fumbled and Ham recovered for Pittsburgh at the Houston 17. From Ham's personal collection and fresh to market, this keepsake is signed in 9/10 black Sharpie by the man himself.
The following items come directly from the personal collection of Jack Ham. Jack was considered one of the games greatest outside linebackers. With 8 straight Pro Bowl appearances and four Super Bowl championships during his 12 year career, we would have to agree. All lots will come with a letter of authenticity signed by Jack Ham.
