From Pilon's later days with the Islanders comes this impressive and rare 1996-97 jersey. Used for only two seasons, this scarce "Fisherman Style" jersey is highly sought after by die hard Islanders collectors today. Maska Air Knit size "54" jersey is highlighted by the short lived "Fisherman" logo across the chest. Updated by the team, you can still see the stitch marks from the original logo that was replaced by the team with the updated and smaller "Fisherman" logo. The front also features the 25th Anniversary patch proudly stitched on the right chest. Number "47" is found on both arms and across the back just below the "PILON" in white tackle twill. Shirt shows light use with some staining found on the numbers; presents well overall.
