In honor of the 1894 Yale baseball team comes this beautiful and hand-crafted humidor. Highly decorated, this piece of art features detailed inlays along with hand-hammered copper hardware. Once opened, you'll notice the hand formed and neatly engraved silver plate that features all of the players names along with their positions and graduating years (1984-1897). Also engraved are the scores from games they played against both Princeton and Harvard. Inside shows use consistent with a cherished piece that was once owned by cigar aficionado. When closed the top features the "The Francis F. Schwentker Award" that was awarded to Robert A. Prendergast, M.D of Johns Hopkins Hospital in 1967; the medal is not original to the piece.
