Stunning image of the Babe fouling off a pitch during an 18-game barnstorming tour of Japan in November of 1934. This covers the game of November 6, 1934 and is the only one known to exist. The "Sultan of Swat" crushed 13 home runs in those 18 games and cemented his legacy in a foreign land. Ruth - who posed for many pictures with the locals on the tour and even appeared publicly in a kimono - is still revered in Japan.
