Offered here is a massive accumulation of the biggest Exhibit boxing issue. At over 150 known cards, it is the biggest single run of cards from the era, although research indicates it was issued in several sub-series from 1928-30. ESCO re-used card images from its 1925-1927 sets as well as making new cards. The later part of the print run included cards with blank backs, cards with blue or yellow tinted fronts that have split legends, cards printed on two-sided color stock, and “Doubleheaders” that show two different boxers’ pictures back to back printed on two-sided colored stock. Also included is the rare statistics card, “Record of Fighters with the Deadly Punch”.
