Wonderful vintage assortment of 8 1940's type I Maple Leafs photos believed to have originated from the Art Ross collection. 6 of the photos are stamped Alexandra Studios on the reverse while 2 are stamped Turofsky and Alexandra Studios. The players depicted consist of Robert Heron, Victor Grigg, Peanuts O' Flaherty, Richard Kowcinak, Harry Frost, Ernest Dickens, Bill Ezinicki, and Jim Thomson. The Ezinicki and Thomson retain their original paper caption. Photos are in overall excellent condition.
