This offering includes 10 of 50 color cards from Kimball Cigarettes’ “Champions of Games and Sports” set, produced in 1887. An interesting group of non-baseball sports cards – horse racing, skating, sprinting, a champion Graeco-Roman wrestler (William Muldoon) and even a champion cannon ball catcher (you read that right!) - all represented here. Cards are uniformly GD-VG, with one card having a minor crease and three cards showing some paper loss (reverse only). Nice group of late 19th century sports cards, presenting overall in very respectable collector grade. Total of 10 cards.
