The fans loaded into Yankee Stadium on August 23, 1942, to witness Babe Ruth play for the last time. Ruth was involved with a Baseball Fundraising Exhibition that featured pitching by the Big Train, Walter Johnson and the fans were in for a great show. During this incredible event, Ruth hit his last home run in Yankee Stadium. The fans erupted and were the last to ever see such a momentous hit. From that remarkable day, comes this ticket stub and program. The beautiful stub is encapsulated by PSA and deemed Authentic - condition appears to be EX. The back features the handwriting of the original ticket holder remarking about Ruth's great outing.
