While Topps was trying to decide if it wanted to enter the hockey card market, Parkhurst had already been producing hockey cards for the Canadian market since 1951. Here we offer near and partial sets from three issues: 1960-61, 1961-62 and 1962-63. The collection includes: 1) 1960-61: 58 of 61, missing only three commons (#s 11, 13 and 33) for completion. Includes #20 Howe (VG-EX), #45 Richard (VG), #61 Morrison (GD, creases). Overall, 8 are EX or better, 35 VG-EX to EX, 10 VG, 5 lesser. 2) 1961-62: 39 of 51, including #20 Howe (GD-VG).
