A complete set (250 cards) of Topps baseball from 1954. The set is loaded with stars, showcasing Ted Williams at the bookends. Some great rookie cards are here too, including the likes of Al Kaline, Ernie Banks and of course Hank Aaron. The condition of the star cards are as follows: #1 Williams (GD-VG), 10 J. Robinson (EX, light corner crease), 20 Spahn (VG-EX), 30 Mathews ((VG-EX, o/c), 32 Snider (EX, o/c), 37 Ford (VG), 50 Berra (VG, scuff marks), 90 Mays (EX), 94 Banks RC (EX, o/c), 128 Aaron RC (VG-EX+, light scuff, light crease, nicely centered), 132 LaSorda (EX corners, crease), 201 Kaline RC (EX corners, crease) and 250 Williams (VG-EX+). Overall, the cards are in very collectable condition, with approximately 10% in EX-MT or better condition, 35% in EX to EX-MT, 35% in VG to VG-EX, and the remainder only slightly lesser. Approximately 20 cards are creased, 12 have scuff marks, eight have tape or writing, and a handful have pinholes - but over 90% of the affected cards are commons. All in all, a nice complete Topps baseball set with very presentable rookie and star cards, which you can have for a very reasonable price. Total of 250 cards.
