Artist Max Rosenthal was a Polish-American painter, lithographer, draftsman, and etcher. He completed over 200 lithographs of distinguished Americans. Rosenthal inscribed, "To Paul and Bertha Hamlin with the compliments of the artist Max Rosenthal". Frame shows some minor scratches and paint loss, otherwise in good condition.
