Photos: Circa 1890 "Peter Maher. Champion of Ireland". Framed 18x13" (11x6.5" visible). Maher was both the Irish and American heavyweight champion; 1897 James Corbett and Bob Fitzsimmons with Joe Humphreys (official/announcer) before the big bout. Candid oversized image is wonderful. Framed 15x18"; 1910's pugilist (unknown). Oversized image by "Hartsook, Seattle" is framed 21.5x15.25"; 1920's Mickey Walker (World Welterweight Champion and World Middleweight Champion) "Training on Plum Island" with his manager John Anthes. Framed 12.5x10.5" (Image is 8.5x6.5"); 1920's flyweight greats includes Frankie Genaro (Olympic gold medalist and World Flyweight Champion), Pancho Villa (first Asian to be World Flyweight Champion), and Fidel LaBarba (AAU flyweight champion and Olympian). Framed 16x13.25"; 1927 "Three Jacks" with Dempsey vs. Sharkey and referee O'Sullivan. Image printed on metal (17x15") and mounted on wood (19x17"). Uper left corner cracked but piece is fully intact; 1927 Paolino Uzcudun vs. Harry Wills hand-colored image captures Paolino's knockout; 1930's Jack Johnson posing for an exhibition match later in life. Framed 8.75x10.75"; 1940 oversized Fritzie Zivic testimonial dinner photo; 1951 Walcott and Charles at weigh-in. Framed 10.75x8.75"; 1968 Liston and Clark at weigh-in featuring Liston death stare Framed 9.25x7.25"; and one other.

 

Lithos: 19th Century bout with gloved boxers on raised platform. Framed 11x13.5" (5.75x7.75 visible); 19th Century sparring in boxing gymnasium. Framed 11x13.5" (5.75x7.75 visible); 1894 Corbett vs. Mitchell Police Gazette premium lithograph. Framed 12x15" (Print is 10x13").

 

Misc: 1920 tale-of-the-tape print for upcoming bout between the Manassa Mauler (Jack Dempsey) vs. The Pittsburgh Thunderbolt (Billy Miske). Framed 10.5x15" (Print is 6.75x11"); 1941 The Pittsburgh Kid lobby card featuring Billy Conn. Framed 13x16".
