The 2001 University of Miami Hurricanes were an absolute force not to mess with, pun intended. The team would eventually be undefeated, beating many notable ranked teams along the way. Lead by not-so-known Quaterback, Ken Dorsey (3-time Heisman Finalist), this team was stacked with eventual NFL All-Pros: Clinton Portis, Ed Reed, Sean Taylor, Andre Johnson, Vince Wilfork, Frank Gore, Jeremy Shockey, Willis McGehee, Antrell Rolle to be exact. After the undefeated regular season, first year head coach Larry Coker lead the Hurricanes to a 37-14 victory over Nebraska in the for their 5th National Championship.
