One of the more popular tobacco boxing sets, the 1908-09 Ogden's Pugilists & Wrestlers is actually two sets in one.  In 1908 the first 50 cards were released and in 1909 the "Second Series" was introduced and added 25 more Pugilists.  The cards feature simple images of the athletes with their name on the bottom.  The backs have a quick biography and, of course, the name "Ogden's" on the bottom.  Loaded with stars, this set features Hall of Famers such as Jack Johnson, John L. Sullivan, James Jeffries, Abe Attell, Tommy Burns, Charlie Mitchell, Terry McGovern, Tom Sharkey, Bob Fitzsimmons, Fred Welsh, Jim Driscoll, Owen Moran, Joe Gans, Sam McVey, Sam Langford and Frank Gotch.  Range VG to EX.
