Collection of six uncut sheets of color negatives (3 images per strip) and four uncut strips of black-and-white negatives (two with six images, one with five images, and one with four images) capturing Pittsburgh Pirates players and related views, circa 1972. Roberto Clemente is represented numerous times in both the color and black-and-white negatives, including at bat during a game, during pregame warmups, and during batting practice. Many of the images appear to be from spring training. There are also four images of Clemente's wife and kids at Three Rivers Stadium on April 6, 1973, during a ceremony in which the Pirates retired his number "21." The color strips measure approximately 1.2x4.5". The black-and-white strips vary from approximately 1.5x6.25" to 1.5x9" Thirty-nine images total. Excellent to Mint condition overall.
