1961 Fleer Baseball Greats 24-count 5-cent unopened wax pack box. The box has been authenticated and wrapped by Baseball Card Exchange and comes with BBCE wrap; BBCE bottom label; and BBCE sticker X0277. Each pack contains 5 cards plus a team logo decal and sticker. The packs could contain cards of Alexander; Baker/Cobb/Wheat Checklist; Cobb; Gehrig; W Johnson; Mathewson; Ruth; Feller; and many others. The box itself is in excellent condition with vibrant colors and a sharp image of a runner and catcher at the plate with an umpire in the background. There is minimal edge and corner wear. The top die-cut is partially punched out and slightly pushed in. The white box bottom is bright with a crease along the left side. A beautiful piece to display.
