captures Roosevelt as he delivers a speech against the backdrop of a large
United States flag. The etchings along the base and sides of the plate define
the scene: “Decoration Day – Speech at Grant’s Tomb – 1910.” The film positive
(7x5”) displays a tiny chip in the upper left corner and a few light scratches.
