2000 Leaf Certified Mirror Gold #207 Tom Brady Rookie card is the scarcest premium insert of the Leaf Certified base. While Beckett has listed this as #11 on the list of most valuable TB rookie cards, that is for the basic version of which 1,500 were made. The Mirror Gold was far more limited as this is numbered 23/35. Encapsulated by Beckett with a strong NM-MT+ 8.5 overall grade, with subs of: Centering 8, Corners 10, Edges 8.5, and Surface 9. Perfect corners make this a high-end find and just .5 short of an overall 9 grade. It's so difficult to choose from the countless milestones and highlights of the GOAT's ongoing career, but here's a fun fact: Brady was selected as the NFL's Comeback Player of the Year... in 2009. At this writing, that's four Super Bowl titles, two NFL MVP honors, and 10 Pro Bowl appearances ago. And counting. Quite the comeback, indeed.
