Pair of exquisite ring robes worn by boxing champion Davey Moore. 1) Purple robe has white belt with Sensational Davey Moore embroidered on back in white letters. Dry clean only and size M tag in collar, nice use shown with slight bleeding of color onto the white belt. 2) Red Everlast robe with white highlights and white belt; though much of the white trim appears pink, comparison to the collar and belt make clear that the red color has bled into the white. Everlast and size 38 tags on breast pocket, back is blank. Moore was WBA Light-Middleweight Champ until a brutal defeat at the stone hands of Roberto Duran halted his unbeaten streak, and he was tragically killed in an accident at the age of 28.
