2008 Byron Leftwich Pittsburgh Steelers game worn jersey. Worn in preseason August 28th, 2008, a 19-16 win over the Carolina Panthers. Black mesh top shows light use with loose threads and wear to numbers, "08-50" tagging in neck, GU 63 patch was added to the jerseys for the regular season in honor of Gene Upshaw. Steelers patch on left breast, white number four on front and back, name in gold on plate on back. After serving as a starting quarterback for his first three seasons, Leftwich played a backup role for the remainder of his career, including the '08 season in the Steel City. He would, perhaps, gain more notoriety in the coaching ranks, as Offensive Coordinator for the Super Bowl Champ Tampa Bay Buccaneers and GOAT quarterback Tom Brady. Photo-matched to 82628969, comes with Steelers hologram Certificate of Authenticity; while the COA states it is game issued, it is clearly matched to game use.
