Game used base from May 12, 2012, contest between the Seattle Mariners and New York Yankees, signed by Derek Jeter. Measuring 15x15", this Shutt Hollywood Bases issue shows nice use with spike marks concentrated in one corner, obviously the inside corner closest to home plate on this 3rd base bag, which was used during the 1st-5th innings of the Yanks' 6-2 win at the Stadium. Jeter has signed in crisp black marker, Yankees identifiers are on each side (two in black background, two in white), anchor has been removed and underside of base is stamped Oct 20 2011 - likely the manufacture date. The Captain led off for the Pinstripes, going 2-for-4 with a stolen base - alas it was 2nd base and not this one, still a great Jeter artifact.
