Seattle Slew was the 1977 winner of America's Triple Crown. The champion raced only seventeen times winning fourteen and placing second on two occasions. The lot consists of 14 different programs with all TC races and a few others hard to obtain. Ten are in Mint condition with no writing and the remaining four have little or a few notations. Additionally, one other program is included, the Golden Gallop at Longacres racetrack in Washington where Seattle Slew was paraded before the crowd. This was shortly after winning the Triple Crown. Accompanying the program is an admission ticket for the event. As a bonus, $2 win tickets, uncashed, for each of the star's Triple Crown races is also included plus a $2 losing win ticket at Hollywood Park.
