Black mesh Reebok top has 08-46 year-size strip tag inside neck, Reebok NFL Equipment size 46 tail tag, and NFL Equipment patch on front collar. Aside from the tags and patch, there's no white on this jersey, as it has yellow trim and the front and back number 78 as well as the name stitched to a plate on the back are all in gold. Looks to show little use except for the right shoulder, which displays two small team-repaired holes and two massive repaired tears to the sleeve; possibly a team alteration, though it is not present on the opposite shoulder.
