Nice original, from the camera, one of a kind glass plate negative of Hall of Fame second baseman Johnny Evers from his heyday with the Chicago Cubs, circa 1910. Evers helped the Cubs to four National League pennants and a pair of World Series titles in his dozen years in the Windy City, and is part of one of the sports most famed infields along with Frank Chance and Joe Tinker. Measures 5x7" with slight chip to top corner and minor image loss at edges. Comes from the famed Brown Brothers photo archive.
