Sepia-toned 1919 image depicts Hartford Mayor Richard Kinsellla posed with then-Boston Red Sox hurler Babe Ruth. Taken at an exhibition game in Hartford, the 5.75x8.25" Type I photo has some tape stains at the edges and names of the subjects written on front (deemed to be identifiers and not autographs), with some news articles and writing on the back. Handwritten description on back notes that the Sox played at East Hartford's Poli Field and that there were no Sunday games played in the Majors at that time. Appears to have been cleaned with possible scrapbook residue present. PSA LOA as Type I included.
