Scarce circa 1912 image was taken in Washington DC shortly after the Titanic tragedy. 5x6" image is the product of "Clinedinst Service" and features the surviving Seamen who appeared before the Congressional investigation commission in Washington D.C. Little piece of history was recently discovered the famed Brown Brothers Archive, this photo is complete with typed notations, Clindeinst Service stamps and Brown Brothers Stamps on the verso.
