Beautiful 1987-88 replica Prince of Wales Trophy presented to Philadelphia Flyers' assistant coach E.J. McGuire. While the full-sized version was awarded to the team, these replicas were given to team members in honor of that season's Wales Conference championship. Stands 13" tall to the top of the detachable lid of the cup, which sits atop a 4.5x4.5" wood base. Front plate reads "HRH Prince of Wales Trophy" with McGuire's name engraved below, rear plate reads "N.H.L. Champions Philadelphia Flyers 1986-87," though that is something of a misnomer as Philly lost that year's final to the Edmonton Oilers' juggernaut. Comes with original bag and remains in EX to NM condition.
