Circa late 1910s photo of Clark Griffith, whose 20-year Hall of Fame playing career started in 1891, after which he spent over five decades as a manager, then as owner of the Washington Senators. Nice head-and-shoulders portrait measures 7x9" and was taken by famed photographer Charles Conlon and bears his extensive pencil notations on back along with stamps from Brown Brothers, as this is part of their massive collection started in 1904.
