The first we've ever handled, this 1953 New York Yankees Five Straight World Championships presentational plaque is extremely scarce and was originally given by the team to players and coaching staff only. From Johnny Neun's personal collection, this fine example was presented to Neun by the Yankees in honor of their outstanding achievements. 17x23" piece is titled "Five-Time World Champions," is labeled "John H. Neun," features numerous images of the team and reads, "The New York Yankees unprecedented 'five straight' American League and World Championship triumphs were team victories...to be sure." Made of a heavy wood with glossy finish, this piece has a tremendous appearance and presents in NM condition overall.
