Baseball Stars of the 1970s Signed Sporting News cover collection features 95 color cover photos from the Sporting News that have been vintage signed and pasted in a scrap book many years ago. Majority have been shipped through the mail to be signed with highlights including: Bench, Morgan, Fingers, Stargell, Killebrew, John, Garvey, Murtaugh, Fidrych, Kaline, O'Finley, Brock, Torre, Ryan, Santo, Fisk, Rice, Schmidt, Ryan, and more. Roughly 15 % are stamps or secretarial including Aaron, Mays, Munson, Gibson, one of the Stargells, and a few others. Some of the pages are torn from the book's spine and are now loose.
